Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern participation in the Wealth Masters Affiliate Program (“the Program”). By submitting an affiliate application, activating an account, or generating and sharing referral links, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not apply to or use the Program.
2. Eligibility and applications
Affiliate access is granted at our discretion after reviewing your application, promotion plan, and audience. We may reject, suspend, or terminate an application or an active affiliate account at any time, including for suspected fraud, self-referral, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.
3. Referral links and promotion rules
You may only promote using the referral links and materials issued to you through the affiliate workspace. You must not: purchase paid search ads on our brand terms, engage in spam, misrepresent the offers, incentivize fraudulent sign-ups, or refer yourself, your own accounts, or accounts you control. Referrals that trigger our fraud, duplicate-click, or self-referral checks may be rejected without commission.
4. Commissions
Commission rates are set per partner site and, where configured, per product, and may include fixed amounts, percentage rates, and caps as shown in your affiliate workspace. Commissions are provisional until approved and may be reduced, reversed, or clawed back for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or confirmed fraud. Commission rules and rates may change prospectively at our discretion; changes do not retroactively affect already-approved commissions.
5. Payouts
Payouts are issued against approved, matured commissions once you reach the configured minimum payout threshold, subject to our payout schedule and cutoff rules. You are responsible for providing accurate payout account details; payouts sent to an incorrect account you supplied are your responsibility. We may hold, delay, or reject a payout request pending verification or fraud review.
6. Fraud and abuse
We monitor for duplicate clicks, click velocity abuse, self-referral, and other fraud signals. Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity may have pending commissions rejected, paid commissions clawed back, and access to the Program suspended or terminated without further payout.
7. Account termination
Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. On termination for cause, unpaid commissions tied to violations of these terms may be forfeited. Otherwise, commissions already approved before termination remain payable subject to the normal payout schedule.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the in-app support workflow in your affiliate workspace.
