1. What we collect

When you apply to or use the Program, we collect the information you provide directly (name, email, password, promotion channel and plan, payout account details) and information generated by your use of the Program (referral clicks, leads, conversions, commissions, payouts, notifications, support messages, and audit/activity logs).

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the affiliate program: review applications, attribute referrals to the correct affiliate, calculate and pay commissions, detect fraud and abuse, provide support, send in-app and, where enabled, email notifications, and produce reporting for you and for administrators.

3. Payout account details

Bank and payment account numbers are stored encrypted at rest. Only the last four digits are displayed in the affiliate workspace and admin console after verification. Full details are used only to process payouts and are visible to authorized administrators for that purpose.

4. Sharing

We share referral and conversion data with the partner site you referred a visitor to, to the extent needed to attribute leads and conversions back to your affiliate link. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to investigate fraud or abuse.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. They fall into two groups:

• Strictly necessary. Session and authentication cookies that keep you signed in, and your theme preference. These are required for the affiliate workspace and admin console to function and cannot be turned off.
• Attribution. A referral code and click identifier stored in a cookie or browser storage for up to 90 days after a visitor follows your referral link, so we can attribute a later sign-up or purchase back to your link. These are set only on partner sites reached through a referral link, not on this affiliate portal.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this affiliate portal. You can choose which non-essential cookies to allow from the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site.

6. Data retention

We retain affiliate, referral, commission, and payout records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and fraud-investigation obligations.

7. Your choices

You can review and update your profile and payout details from your affiliate workspace at any time. To request deletion of your data or ask a privacy question, contact us through the in-app support workflow.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
